Brief
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
Hirvex Technologies builds software around the way a company already works—or the way it needs to work next. We do this when packaged products force workarounds, hide reporting, or cannot talk to the rest of the stack. The outcome is a system your team can run, extend and support, not a pile of disconnected scripts.
Who this is for. Founders, operations directors and IT leads who have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected SaaS tools or a legacy system that is expensive to change.
These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.
We start with the process, the users and the data—not with a framework. Discovery produces a scope you can estimate against: modules, roles, integrations, and what must be true for a first release. Engineering then proceeds in visible increments, with environments, code review and a handover that includes how to operate the system.
Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.
A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.
How an engagement runs
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.
Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.
Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.
When the process is a competitive advantage, when reporting must match how you manage the business, or when integrations are too specific for a generic product. If a reputable SaaS tool already fits, we will say so.
Not by default. We keep what still works, replace the parts that block growth, and migrate data with a plan. A full rewrite is a last resort, not a sales tactic.
We define the smallest useful product: users, core workflows, and the reports leadership needs. Estimates follow that slice. Later modules are priced when the first slice is real.
Yes. Many engagements are hybrid: Hirvex owns delivery of a product area while your team retains infrastructure, security review or domain expertise.
Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
