Healthcare software that treats privacy and workflow as the product

Healthcare teams cannot “move fast and break things” with records and appointments. Hirvex Technologies builds operational software for clinics and related providers, with roles, audit trails and hosting conversations held before production data arrives. We do not advertise a certification we have not obtained for a named product.

Who this is for. Clinic operators, practice managers and health-service IT leads.

Problems we typically meet

These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.

  • Front desk, clinicians and billing use three languages for the same visit.
  • Shared logins destroy accountability.
  • Vendors over-promise national interoperability.
  • Staff invent paper backups because the software is slower than a notebook.

How we approach the work

We map a visit from booking to follow-up. Minimum necessary data, explicit roles, and a test plan that includes “user should not see this”. Integrations are scoped against real vendor documentation.

What a serious first release can include

Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.

  • Scheduling and resource management
  • Administrative records and internal clinical workflows you specify
  • Consent and access patterns
  • Document handling
  • Operational reporting
  • Interfaces to billing or labs when they exist

What we need from you

A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.

  • Who will use this, and what must they finish in a session?
  • Which systems must stay (accounting, payments, identity, a shop)?
  • What is already live that we should not break?
  • Any hosting region, language or compliance rule that is non-negotiable?
  • The date that actually matters—and why.

How an engagement runs

Four steps. No mystery bench.

01

Brief

You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.

02

Scope

We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.

03

Build

Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.

04

Run

Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.

Questions we are asked

Do you store health data in a specific country?

Hosting region is a project decision. We will not silently place production health data in an unnamed region.

Can you work under a data processing agreement?

Yes. We expect one before production personal data is processed.

Start a conversation

If this is the work in front of you

Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
