This is the current public policy for https://www.hirvextechnologies.com. Contracts for software delivery may add project-specific terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
Who we are

What we collect from this website
When you submit the enquiry form we process the fields you provide: name, email, organisation, country, service interest, budget band and message. We use that information to reply, to assess fit, and—if we work together—to prepare a proposal. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not buy marketing lists to spam you.
How long we keep it
Messages are stored in email and, where configured, application logs. Retention follows ordinary business correspondence unless a contract says otherwise. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a client file. If an engagement starts, personal data needed to perform the contract is kept under that contract and applicable law.
Processors and analytics
Email, hosting and error monitoring providers may process data as processors so the site and inbox can function. If we use analytics (for example Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or Bing), those providers may set cookies or similar identifiers. Measurement IDs are configured in the server environment only when that processing is accepted. Until then, those scripts are not injected.
International transfers
We work with organisations in more than one region. Enquiry data may be accessed by the delivery team that will answer you. Hosting region for a client system is a project decision and is written into the statement of work—not implied by this policy.
Your requests
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of enquiry data we hold about you, subject to legal retention duties. Contact contact@hirvextechnologies.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the same person who submitted the form.
