Brief
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
A SaaS product is a business model sitting on engineering: isolation between customers, onboarding, permissions, usage, and a release cadence that does not break tenants. Hirvex Technologies builds multi-tenant web products and the operational habits around them. We do not pretend a single-tenant custom app is SaaS by renaming it.
Who this is for. Founders and product owners who intend to sell the same product to many organisations.
These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.
We design tenancy, identity and data boundaries first. Then onboarding, empty states and admin-for-your-admin. Billing integrations are added when the commercial model is known; we do not hard-wire a payment provider into the core if you are still pricing. Observability is part of the first production release.
Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.
A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.
How an engagement runs
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.
Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.
Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.
Sometimes. If the domain logic is sound, we extract tenancy and identity. If the app assumed one company everywhere, that is a redesign, and we will say so before you fund it.
We integrate established billing providers. Tax, payouts and merchant accounts remain your commercial and legal responsibility.
Through explicit tenancy in the data model, query discipline, tests around isolation, and reviews. It is not a middleware afterthought.
Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
