Brief
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
Hirvex Technologies collaborates with organisations in the United States on product engineering, internal systems and integrations. We work in English, plan overlap with US time zones, and treat US data-handling expectations as a design input. We do not list a US street address we do not occupy.
Who this is for. US founders, IT directors and operations leads who want an engineering partner, not a body shop slideshow.
These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.
Kick-off defines overlap hours (typically morning US / afternoon for our engineers, adjusted per coast). Tools, environments and access follow your policies. If a regulated workload needs a specific US region or a certified environment, that is a scoped requirement—not a website badge.
Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.
A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.
How an engagement runs
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.
Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.
Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.
Contracting entity details are provided in the proposal. This page does not invent a Delaware office or a state registration we have not made.
Yes. We schedule overlap. Full US business-hour staff mirroring is a staffing plan, not a default.
We can engineer toward HIPAA technical controls you specify and sign a BAA when our role and environment make that appropriate. We will not print “HIPAA certified” on a marketing page.
Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
