Brief
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
Hirvex Technologies designs the flows and interfaces of the products we engineer. The standard is not a mood board. It is whether a new staff member can complete the job without a side conversation. We work from roles, frequency and error states, then into layout and a component language engineering can implement.
Who this is for. Teams building internal tools, customer portals or commercial products who need design that survives contact with real tasks.
These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.
We map jobs-to-be-done, then wireframe the unglamorous paths: search with no results, a failed payment, a user without permission. Visual design follows a small system so engineering is not inventing spacing per screen. We stay through implementation enough to catch drift.
Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.
A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.
How an engagement runs
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.
Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.
Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.
We can, but the better engagements include implementation. Design-only work still ends with a file engineering can use, not a slide deck of unreachable UI.
We apply and extend an existing brand in product UI. Full brand creation is not our core offer.
We design for contrast, focus, labels and keyboard paths as a baseline. Deeper WCAG programmes are scoped when a regulated buyer requires them.
Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
